Solutions for metallurgy and mineral resource industry

Ore mining and processing enterprises

Crushing and concentrating complex : Technological stocks by means of conveyor scales is taken in intervals between rock fragmentation stages in concentrating complex. Conveyor scales are also used for incoming and outcoming ore volume registration.

Section of raw material processing: During raw concentrates preparation on the basis of formula, continuous conveyor batchers together with conveyor scales are used. Conveyor scales are also used for stock-taking between manufacturing stages of concentrate preparation, and when finished product is supply for shipment.

Shipment complex: Car scales are used for ready concentrate shipment. Car scales allow to automate car loading process and considerably reduce the loading time.

Metallurgical plants

Foundry and rolling shops: Components supply for smelting is carried out by conveyors, so material stock-taking is executed by means of conveyor scales. Then, by means of multicomponent batchers, the charge is prepared for supply. It allows to follow the formula and reduce time of furnace loading.

Finished products storehouse and shipment: Heavy-weight scales with various dimensions of loading areas in compliance with rolling size are used for weighing of finished products (rolls of sheet metal, packs of pipes, reinforcement, packs of sheet products and other). Truck and car scales are used for shipped products stock-taking.
