Heavy—weight scales “Titan” Description: Heavy-weight scales “Titan” are stationary, industrial scales for static weighing of compact heavy cargos during stock-taking and engineering processes in industrial plants. Possible fields of application are the following: weighing of rolls and metal packs, paper and other materials in metal plants, pulp- and paper plants, metal warehouses, storehouses.

Warranty period – 2 years

Standard functions:

• Output of “gross”, “net”, “tare” values for indication;
• tare weight selection and tare value key-in;
• automatic and manual indication zeroing;
• zero self-tuning;
• accumulation and indication of resulting amount of several weighing processes;
• automatic and manual “conservation” of weight indication;
• weighing results printing;
• PC-connection by means of galvanic isolated RS232 or RS485 at speed up to 9600baud.

Basic set:

• Loading area with 5-m cable;
• Scale terminal “Microsim-0601”, model M0601-B. Height of indication symbols is 25 mm;
• Basic software CD, containing the driver DevCom which provides basic set of communication functions, and examples of driver call from programs 1C, Access and other.

Scales benefits:

Software:Driver DevCom provides basic set of communication functions: Scales can be enhanced using scale terminal “Microsim-0601” (model M0601-A) instead of M0601-B.
Enhancement:

• It allows to setup connection,
• To transfer operator’s commands to the scale terminal,
• Receive and display weighing results, and also transfer them to the backup indicator panel (if any).

First scale tests with the greatest weighing limit more than 10 tons is carried out in the running plant.
The scales with other loading area dimensions, and also scales equipped with special lodgements can be supplied on request.
