Floor scales "Profi"

Description: Taking into account experience in cooperation with meat-processing enterprises, RPE "Metra" expands the family of floor scales that are notable for increased moisture and corrosive medium resistance.

Floor scales PROFI combines reliability of MASTER scales with versatility of CLASSIC scales. Scales sructure is made of stainless steel. Stainless steel load cells manufactured by HBM (Germany) with high protection degree IP68 are used as pricipal weighing element.

It is recommended to use PROFI scales in meat processing and packing plants, in dairy and chemical industries. High measurement accuracy along the whole weighing range provides real saving.

Standard functions

• Output of “gross”, “net”, “tare” values for indication;
• tare weight selection and tare value key-in;
• automatic and manual indication zeroing;
• zero self-tuning;
• accumulation and indication of resulting amount of several weighing processes;

Software

PSNet software is used as a program for the operator’s work station. It is recommended to use this software in technology and commercial stock-taking data systems of industrial enterprises. PSNet software provides basic communication functions:

• Software uses Windows Com-technologies and runs under operating systems Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP.
• Software allows to work with several devices М0600-А, М0601-А, М0601-B, М1900 in a RS485 network. Number of program-managed devices is determined by the number of bought licenses. There are standard (PSNet) and extended (PSNet Pro) software versions.
• PSNet software allows to batch and calculate cargos transported in enumerated containers (any tare or marked goods can be meant by container), and also to print
• accompanying forms (way-bills) for each registered item.
