Floor scales
For many years METRA produces scales for all industries. Everywhere METRA scales take stock of goods and raw materials. They showed themselves as reliable and easy-to-maintain systems.
Floor scales group for static weighing is the most impressive one. Weigh-measuring instruments for static weighing are used almost everywhere during calculation, manufacturing and commercial processes.
METRA produces floor scales with the greatest weighing limit (GWL) from 6 kg to 50 tons. Each METRA scales model has its own structural features, so the customer can choose appropriate scales according to his needs. Since 2004, we renovated the scales model range for the meat-processing industry. All scales have two weighing ranges (multi-range), so customers can use them as for standard weighing as well for more accurate weighing. For example, the same scales can be used both for weighing boxes, bags and packages of weight up to 60 kg with 20g scale factor and for weighing small items of weight up to 30 kg and 10g scale factor (scales Standart 30/60 and Garant 30/60).
The scales with one load cell (STANDART, GARANT) are provided for small compact weighing. Scales mass and minimum dimensions make it possible to carry them by hand and to install them practically in any place. STANDART and GARANT scales benefits are ease of structure, compactness and reliability.
The scales with four load cells (CLASSIC, MASTER, TITAN) are provided for heavy load weighing. Its structure allows to locate cargo at any side of the platform, and to roll trolleys.
For dry rooms operation METRA produces the scales with steel and aluminium load cells. The deck is made of steel with powder-enamel coating. In moist environments METRA recommends to use painted decks with rust-resistant load cells. For heavy wet environments METRA designed the scales (GARANT, MASTER) entirely made of stainless steel, so they are dust- and water-proof.
The scales of TITAN series have reinforced structure, protecting the scales from shocks during load positioning by cranes and winches.
Floor scales can be installed in pit or equipped with ramps to make them accessible for trolleys. Scale terminal MICROSIM (̀0601-Á) is fastened to the wall or to the instrument column located near the deck. MICROSIM can be connected to PC, it has a printer socket.
To select the scales according to your needs, you should indicate:
- GWL (the greatest weighing limit);
- Corresponding dimensions;
- Operating conditions;
- Cargo location method;
- Weighing method features.
All scales were officially tested and entered the Russian Federation State Register of measuring instruments.
