Pallet scales Application: The scales are used in stock-taking and engineering processes during products receipt, supply and packaging. Description: The scales are provided for static weighing of cargos on pallets during stock-taking and engineering processes in industrial, agricultural and trade enterprises. The scales are recommended for wholesale depot, storehouse, custom terminal. Loading area consists of n-shaped platform with four load cells fastened to its corners. Adjusted screw support passes through load cells. Load cell cables enter the junction box connected to the scale terminal via 6-wire cable. The scale terminal is equipped with U-shaped stand. U-shaped stand provides horizontal/vertical terminal fastening. Warranty period – 2 years.

Basic set

• Loading area with 3-m cable;
• Scale terminal “Microsim-0601”, model M0601-B. Height of indication symbols is 25 mm;
• Basic software CD, containing the driver DevCom.

Software: Driver DevCom provides basic set of communication functions:

• It allows to setup connection,
• To transfer operator’s commands to the scale terminal,
• Receive and display weighing results, and also transfer them to the backup indicator panel (if any).

Additional features: Scales can be enhanced using scale terminal “Microsim-0601”, model M0601-A. Enhancement:

• Rate of exchange more than 9600 baud (maximum 57,6 kBaud);
• Advanced facilities of weighing registration and calculation;
• Built-in nonvolatile watch.
