Floor scales “Master”
Description:
These scales are recommended for food, chemical and other industries where wet or dusty environments are the norm.
Loading area of the low weighbridge is suspended on four load cells fastened to the corners of support frame. Loading area is equipped with side guards that protect load cells and wiring. Load cell cables enter the junction box connected to the scale terminal. U-shaped stand provides horizontal/vertical terminal fastening. Loading area can be equipped with ramps to make them accessible for trolleys. Scales can be cleaned with directed water stream.
Warranty period - 3 years.

- Output of “gross”, “net”, “tare” values for indication;
- tare weight selection and tare value key-in;
- automatic and manual indication zeroing;
- zero self-tuning;
- accumulation and indication of resulting amount of several weighing processes;
- automatic and manual “conservation” of weight indication;
- weighing results printing;
- PC-connection by means of galvanic isolated RS232 or RS485 at speed up to 9600baud.
Basic set
- Loading area with 3-m cable.
- Scale terminal “Microsim-0601”, model M0601-B. Height of indication symbols id 25mm.
- Basic software CD, containing the driver DevCom and examples of driver call from program packages 1C, Access and other.
- INSTRUMENT COLUMN for scale terminal IS NOT INCLUDED in basic supply set and should BE ADDITIONALLY ORDERED.
Scales features

- High corrosion resistance due to 100% stainless steel;
- 4 stainless steel load cells;
- increased load impact and electromagnetic interference resistance;
- maximum protection from dust and spray;
- wide operating temperature range (from -30 to +40 oÑ);

Additional features:
Scales can be enhanced using scale terminal “Microsim-0601” (model M0601-A) instead of M0601-B.
Enhancement:
- Rate of exchange more than 9600 baud (maximum 57,6 kBaud);
- Advanced facilities of weighing registration and calculation;
- Built-in nonvolatile watch.
Moreover, model M0601-A is equipped with IR-port for remote control. Remote control station is supplied on request.
Software:
Driver DevCom provides basic set of communication functions:
- It allows to setup connection,
- To transfer operator’s commands to the scale terminal,
- Receive and display weighing results, and also transfer them to the backup indicator panel (if any).
If you need to connect several scales to one PC using network bus RS485, you should use the driver "DEVNet", supplied on request.
