Control cabinet of discrete batcher
Automation of cyclic batching processes (including for packaging devices), and also stock-taking of material consumption in various fields of indistry.
Designation:
The control cabinet is provided for automatic and manual control of execution units of bulk batcher. It is recommended for automatic measurement of current consumption and total amount of bulk material and liquid batched in technological plants.
|
Benefits
- Simplicity and serviceability.
- Fast reprogramming of the batching algorithm.
- Data exchange with the computer via RS-485 interface.
- Wide temperature range (from -30 to +40 Ñ).
- Protection from external factors due to powder enamel coating.
- Warranty period – 2 years.
Description: The control cabinet – is a microprocessor-based device. It has inputs for load cells and flap position sensors. It allows to connect variious execution units and control them according to the programmed algorithm. If previously set parameters are exceeded, execution units are shut off/ switched over. The control cabinet has a digital indicator and also analogous and interface outputs for upper-level automatic control system connection. Up to 31 units can be simultaneously connected to the computer, and a network can be created.
Working modes:
- “autonomous” – batching with values keyboard entry;
- “complex” – batching with computer assigned values;
- “setting up” – ajustment and calibration.
Standard functions
- indication of shipped mass counter, current weight;
- current parameters transfer via serial interface RS485;
- error display.
Driver DevCom provides basic set of communication functions. It allows to setup connection, to transfer operator’s commands to the scale terminal, to take weighing results, display them and also transfer them to the backup indicator panel (if any). It also has the same functions if DevCom is started from the user application (examples are enclosed).
If you need to connect several scales to one PC using network bus RS485, you should use the driver "DEVNet", supplied on request.
