Microsim – 06D Weight-measuring batching instrument
Designation:
It is used as a part of discrete batcher or technological equipment with various load cells.
Benefits:
- Wide scope of automation, stock-taking, weighing results registration;
- Calibration values of “Microsim-06D”-based weighing system are protected with password and “electronic seal”. They are saved in volatile storage, number of rewriting cycles is not less than 100000;
- Reliable dust- and drip-proof aluminum case with membranous front panel;
- U-shaped support allows to regulate instrument body slope;
- Harnesses allow to mount the instrument in a cabinet;
- Galvanic isolated discrete inputs/outputs.
Standard functions:
- Output of “gross”, “net”, “tare” values for indication;
- automatic and manual indication zeroing;
- zero self-tuning;
- accumulation and indication of resulting amount of several weighing processes, total value display;
- Rate of exchange up to 9600 baud;
- Parallel connection of several load cells (from 1 to 8) with total resistance not less than 80 Ohm;
- The device is equipped with galvanic isolated COM-port for operation via RS485 interface;
- The device is equipped with input-output module "Ì2604" with galvanic isolated inputs/outputs.

Extended functions:
- A programmable input/output module “Ì2606” with programmed batching algorithm can be setup.
A floppy disc with driver DevCom and examples of its call from 1C, Access and other programs is included in the delivery set.
"Microsim-0600-D6-04" has 8õ8 DIO (programmable inputs and outputs). Inputs/outputs designation depends on the batching algorithm.
Standard algorithms:
- “rough”, “accurate” batching;
- Dose collection with the following packing;
- Unit dosing and other.
A program based on the customer’s algorithm can be developed on request.
If you need to connect several scales to one PC using network bus RS485, you should use interface connector “INCON-MT” and the driver "DEVNet", supplied on request.
Driver DevCom provides basic set of communication functions. It allows to setup connection, to transfer operator’s commands to the scale terminal, to take weighing results, display them and also transfer them to the backup indicator panel (if any). It also has the same functions if DevCom is started from the user application (examples for 1C, Access, Delphi are enclosed).
