Weight-measuring instrument with increased protection degree and extended precision for static weighing

Designation It is designed for operation in heavy-load conditions (dust, mosture, large temperature drops) with load cells of different types as a part of weight-measuring instrument or engineering equipment. It is recommended to use as a secondary gear for middle-class scales and static weighing systems with up to 6000 graduation marks inclusive, according to GOST 29329.

Benefits

  • wide operating temperature range (from -35 to +50 oÑ), dust- and moisture-proof version (IP65), strong case made of cast aluminium, keyboard designed for long-term and heavy use;

  • multirange mode, i.e. the instrument can operate in 2 and even 3 weighing ranges with different scale factor, thus it provides more accurate measurements as compared to single-range models;
  • wide automation, stock-taking and weighing results recording abilities;
  • the instrument provides 500000 quantization steps resolution in calibration mode and up to 30000 quantization steps resolution in scales mode;
  • strong walk and power-supply noise suppression is achieved by AC power supply of the load cells (ability of DC power supply remains);
  • the instrument adjusts the weighing system according to 2 points – “zero” and “standard”, or according to 3 points – “zero”, “standard” and “range midpoint”. “Microsim 0601-BM”-based weighing system can be set up according to required scale factor and the greatest weighing limit;
  • calibration values of “Microsim 0601-BM”-based weighing system are protected from unauthorized change with password and “electronic seal”. They are saved in volatile storage, number of rewriting cycles is not less than 100000. "Calibration" button is used to enter calibration mode. The button is protected with the state verification mark.
  • DTR signal is not required for RS232 interface operation.
  • external power supply is not required for RS485 former.

Standard functions of Ì-0601BM models
  • Output of “gross”, “net”, “tare” values for indication;
  • Tare mass selection and tare value entry from the keyboard;
  • automatic and manual indication zeroing;
  • zero self-tuning;
  • accumulation and indication of resulting amount of several weighing processes;
  • Automatic and manual printing of results, “freezing” of indications;
  • Automatic switch to reduced power consumption mode in case of long delay;
  • Rate of exchange up to 9600 baud;
  • Parallel connection of several load cells (from 1 to 8) with total resistance not less than 80 Ohm;
  • The device is equipped with galvanically isolated COM-port for operation via RS485, RS232-C interfaces and printer port

A floppy disc with driver DevCom and examples of its call from 1C, Access and other programs is included in the delivery set.

Driver "DevCom" allows to setup connection, transfer operator’s commands to the scale terminal, take weighing results, display them and also transfer them to the backup indicator panel (if any). It also has the same functions if DevCom is started from the user application (examples for 1C, Access are enclosed).

Recording program DBWriter allows to save weighing results in the database automatically or on scales command.

Program CfgM0601 allows to prepare label samples, download them to the instrument, to print labels with arranged attributes, and to input data and weight values in the set fields before printing.

If you need to connect several instruments to one PC using network bus RS485, you should use interface connector “INCON-MT” and the driver "DEVNet", supplied on request.
