Hopper scales Since 2005 LLC RPE “METRA” together with LLC “Dosing systems” produces a range of electronic hopper scales of “VDE” series for bulk overbalancing and batching. Device structure Sector batching flow cutoff with a drive (foreign production). Material – structural steel. Scale bucket with driven bottom opening (foreign production) is fixed with load cells located in the frame with side covers that can be opened. Material –structural steel. Control cabinet with weighing and batching controller and electric equipment elements. Standard version allows to transfer data through RS 485 interface. Protocol description is supplied for free. Remote backup scale terminal which can be located at the operating console or other remote locations can be supplied for additional payment.

Real-time current weight and progressive total of product weight are displayed in the scale terminal indicator during operation. Aspiration can be arranged in the under-scale hopper, or an opening can be cut in side scales cover to suit requirements of air duct connection convenience.
