Tray flow meters are designed for output and consumption control of bulk materials like grain, peas, corn, sunflower seeds, grainy bran and other products that have similar physical characteristics and have no fine-dyspersated fractional components. List of weighed products should be agreed before flow meter ordering.

Flow meter RZ 10
Flow meter RZ 10 is designed for uncontrollable wheat grain flow, with output up to 10 tons/hour. Measurement accuracy of grain flow value is equal to +/-150 kg/hour. Operating temperature range 0…+40 oÑ. Aspiration air consumption - 3 m3/min. Supply voltage – 220 V. Power consumption – 50 W. Unit weight – 28 kg.
It is possible to display current output and total mass of treated products. Interface RS-485 for remote information transfer to the computer.

Flow meter URZ 25 EP is designed for controllable wheat grain flow, with output up to 25 tons/hour. Electric control drive. Operating temperature range 0…+40 oÑ. Aspiration air consumption - 3 m3/min. Supply voltage – 380 V. Power consumption – not more than 220 W.

Flow meter features:
Each working cycle includes the following stages:
- Control block self-diagnosis. Tray control without load.
- Assessment of bulk flow output by means of measurement of flow pressure on the tray on the basis of previously made calibration measurements.
- Assessment of accumulative product weight by means of measured flow integration.
During operation, current flow output, accumulative product mass and current state of controls are displayed at the scale terminal indicator.
In front of controllable flow meter inlet there should be a buffer capacity for product head. Aspiration air is fed through side flange. URZ 25 EP should have an additional capacity (inlet funnel) for product receipt.
Device structure
- Section cutoff of the batching flow. Material – structure steel.
- Delivery tray for product flow fastened to the load cell, and located at the frame with opening side covers. Material – stainless steel.
- Foreign pneumatic or electrical drive.
- Electrical automation cabinet with weighing and batching controller and elements of electrical automation. In standard version data transfer via RS 485 is possible. Protocol description is supplied for free. Lead-out wire 4-20 mA for transfer of current flow data for the purpose of proportional mixing in a flow (for example, for application in moistening system) is provided for additional payment
