Weighing/batching recorder DBWriter

Designation:
The software program is provided for automatic or manual registration of weighing results obtained using strain-gauge scales, equipped with “Microsim 0601” devices, and also for automatic registration of batchers operation, equipped with “Microsim-06D”, “Microsim-0600D” devices. The software also allows to draw up, review and print reports on weighing and batching results.
It is recommended to use this software in technology stock-taking data systems, and automated control systems of engineering processes in all fields of industry.

Description:
“Weighing/batching recorder” consists of two modules: DBWriter program and DevNet driver. DBWriter automatically launches DevNet driver, which connects with pc-connected devices and controls operational changes. After weighing or batching cycle the devices change their status. The program continuously inquires about devices status. When status of any device changes, the program writes data obtained from the device in “Weighing results” or “Batching results” table. Program and driver can operate in background mode. During operation it is possible to look through reports on weighing/batching results, and also to add own reports using MS Access 2000.
