Road weight control station. Technological vehicle weighing.
Designation:
The software program is provided for combined use with M8200D-type truck axle scales. The program allows to control axial loads, register weighed vehicles, print weighing tickets and calculate penalties.
The program is recommended for road weight control and also for technological vehicle weighing at industrial and transport enterprises.

Description:
Axial load is determined using Ì8200D-type strain-gauge scales. When the vehicles drives on the scales, load cell signals enter electronic signal-processing block of Ì0600-Ñ or Ì0600-Ñ4-3 instrument, and then digital data is transmitted to the computer and Kondor-M program. Kondor-M software consists of several interrelated modules: scales in motion monitor (MSNet), on-line control module, ticket drawing-up and printing module, guide in the registered vehicles archive, program parameters setting module.

- Drawing up and printing of weighing tickets for the registered vehicles;
- Penalty calculation and tickets printing in case of axial load and other parameters excess;
- Drawing up and printing of reports on registered vehicles weighing;
- Display, registration parameters and weight limits setting;
- Basic resources for registered vehicles archive (database) support: search and filtration of passed vehicles by any specific parameters (registration date and time, type, class, vehicle outline, axial load, number of axes and axle base, violations and other).
