Car scales retrofit

Car scales retrofit is carried out to increase scales life time, to reduce operational costs and to improve functionality due to beam-measuring system replacement with tensometric system and pointer indicator replacement with digital one, which allows to print weighing protocols and can be connected to the computer.

Existing technology systems update is carried out on the basis of MICROSIM series devices designed as weight indicators and controllers using load cells with load range from a kilogram to hundreds of tons. Built-in joint structure variety allows to select the most efficient method of equipment retrofit.

Works on scales retrofit include:

• Object investigation concerning possible retrofit (structure, foundation, loading area and other elements) of scales requirements specification;
• retrofit project design and development, taking into account location tie-in and actions on foundation structure and loading area improvement;
• equipment delivery and mounting under supervision of RPE “METRA” specialist;
• customer’s personnel training;
• technical support.
