Truck scales for static weighing of BelAZ dump trucks Designation: The scales are designed for static weighing of BelAZ dump trucks with weighing results indication at the digital indicator panel. The scales are in conformity with requirements of GOST 29329 “Scales for static weighing. General technical requirements” and recommendations of MOZM R-76. The scales are included in public register and have a certificate.

Loading area is a steel platform installed on load cells by means of built-in joints. Built-in joints provide uniform load distribution on the load cells and prevent side loads.

Load cells take the load of weighted vehicle and transform it into electric signals. These signals enter connection boxes using cable connections, and then they enter the weight-measuring instrument. The weight-measuring instrument has digital light-emitting indication for vehicle mass and other parameters indication.

The weight-measuring instrument has the following benefits:

• Automatic and manual indication zeroing;
• tare weight selection and tare value key-in;
• Output of “gross”, “net”, “tare” values for indication;
• Accumulation of weighing results and summation;
• Data transfer to the computer and remote control using PC;
• protocol printing;
• possible backup panel connection.

A backup panel M1901 with indication symbol height equal to 100 mm can be connected to the electronic display unit. Special software – ASNet – allows to take stock of transported cargos and print appropriate documents (reports, way-bills and other).

Transmitted-data circuit To expel human element and prevent possible additions, METRA company developed an identification system. All vehicles are equipped with radiofrequency mark. Weighing results are automatically registered in the database using scales radiofrequency reader, and then they are transferred to the office block.
