BATCHERS with discrete action (hopper-type) and continuous action (conveyor-type) are provided for embedding in technology processes concerned with continuous (conveyor-type batcher) bulk supply (grain, bran, cereals, seed, granulated sugar, dry bagasse and other granulated products and powders) to the technology plants, and also for continuous and cyclic batching procedures automation.
Hopper-type batcher
It is used for automatic bulk batching and total calculation.
The batcher is embed in production lines for bulk batching. Batcher operation algorithm is determined by device internal program.
Conveyor-type batcher
It is used for continuous bulk batching and total calculation.
Operational units of conveyor-type batcher are united in a system which provides adjusted conveyor output. While material is conveyed above weight-measuring instrument, it is continuously weighed, and belt moving speed is measured. Based on obtained data, the operator can calculate current batcher output and, if necessary, change belt moving speed to eliminate set value deviation.
