"Optimum" Truck scales without intermediate deck Since June 2006 RPE "Metra" produces and sales new range of truck scales - Truck scales "Optimum". In base case the scales are delivered without intermediate deck. The scales have dismountable structure, scales transportation does not require special transport.

The following problems were solved by development of new loading area model for "Optimum" truck scales:

• Lower labour intensiveness of scales assembly due to structure optimization.
• More simple and convenient scales maintenance during operation.
• Use of maximum possible number of unified parts, modules, workpieces and matal-roll gages.
• The new model keeps benefits of previous scales models and improves them due to latest technologies and materials.

• Loading area consists of left and right modules, located under vehicle wheels. Modules are interconnedted with ties. Tere is no pedestrian deck between modules. Absence of pedestrian deck made assembly and maintenance easier. For pit installation it is recommended to purchase finished decks from the manufacturer.
• Screws of stops, that limit platform movement during vehicle starting and breaking, are located in convenient places. It is not required to open hatches to control and regulate clearance value.
• Load cells DLB made by Celtron company are used in the scales. Metrological performance of load cells is confirmed by certificate of Russian Federation, production quality and reliability is tested by long-term operation in Russian enterprises.
• Structure of load cell built-in joints almost do not require maintenance, it is prevents from effect of parasite side loads that appear during vehicle starting and breaking.
